Focusing upon Morelia and Patzcuaro, this list is for anyone interested in its surrounding communities, all the way to La Piedad, Lazaro Cardenas, Huetamo, and toward the Edomex border. Feel free to post in English or Spanish. If you're advertising something, please do that only once a month, and be sure to contribute something more than just peddling whatever it is you may have to sell. Obviously, the once-a-month rule doesn't apply to a weekly event. That's just common netiquette. 

This is the reincarnation of the listserve formerly known as MoreliaConnect, the original listserve of Morelia and Patzcuaro, for those who actually do live in Michoacán as well those who wish they could. And that includes tourists. Come here if you want the straight, unvarnished scoop. This is the thinking person’s list.
