Mission:
FaithCrew Los Angeles (Hollywood) is a private network of committed Christians working in the film, television, and digital media industries—directors, producers, writers, actors, and crew—here to help one another succeed while standing strong for Christ in the heart of Hollywood.

We believe that God is not finished with Los Angeles. We believe that Jesus is still calling His people to be salt and light within the industry—not just around it. Our mission is to uplift, equip, and connect believers who are actively working in production—on set, in post, in development, and everywhere in between.

What Sets Us Apart

While we honor and support prayer ministries like the Hollywood Prayer Network, FaithCrew Los Angeles (Hollywood) is focused on real-time industry support.
This is a working network, not just a prayer chain.

We exist to:

• Uplift fellow believers through community, prayer, and encouragement

• Promote job opportunities and ethical crew/vendor referrals

• Foster honest discussions about faith in the workplace

• Strengthen our witness through professional excellence

• Support bold storytelling that reflects Kingdom values

We encourage our members to:

• Post job leads, crew needs, and gear referrals

• Share wisdom on navigating challenges as believers in media

• Ask for help, offer it freely, and build one another up

• Speak the name of Jesus naturally in conversations, contracts, and careers

• Work hard. Stay humble. Glorify God.

Long-Term Vision

Our long-term vision is to see the name of Jesus made known across Los Angeles and the global media industry—one production, one referral, one faithful believer at a time.

We envision:

• A thriving network of Christian professionals influencing every part of the industry

• Regular meetups, mixers, and production-side devotionals

• A growing list of Kingdom-minded projects being staffed, launched, and completed

• The normalization of visible faith in working professionals—not in pride, but in love

• A restored reputation for believers as the most dependable, excellent, and joyful people to work with in Hollywood
