I have created this email group as a way for all of the seasonal boaters to share ideas, ask questions to other boaters, sell unused items, ask for items, share experiences on cruises, share information about port city festivals, organize group cruises....Well, the possibilities are endless.  We use this system for email in Florida and it works pretty well. I talked with Lee and he didn't see any reason we couldn't do this and in fact thought it was a good idea.  So, let's give it a try.  If you are interested in being a moderator, please let me know.  All messages will go through the moderator(s) before they are sent out to the entire group.  This is only to ensure that we are following the policies of Groups.io, which are listed below.  Moderators reserve the right to delete or not approve any messages that violate these policies or are deemed not for the greater good of the group.
