- Members of this listserv must be Eastman owners or residents. Only members can post messages.
- "Residents" includes owners, members of an owner’s household, and long-term renters.
- Adults = age 21+
- Only members can read messages in the archive. Items in the message archive will not appear in public internet searches; they are for members only.
