Computer Specific Issues
Lenovo ThinkPad T Series
Detected in the beta test phase 05./06.2020 on Jonas' machine: Applications which access the camera via Media Foundation such as DVTICamControl can't keep the camera active after connect. Windows puts them into USB U3 state after a short moment. Applications which use DirectShow work fine.
This also happens with the internal camera.
The fix is to add a registry key: Create DWORD EnableFrameServerMode with value 0 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows Media Foundation\\Platform .

Many thanks to Jonas for analyzing this issue.
