We are franchise building league starting with the 1976 retro league. As long as a franchise keeps 7 "franchise players", as described in the constitution they may receive all, some or no rookies in the upcoming draft. The choice is up to the manager. The concept of the league is to see what each franchise would look like if players weren't lost to free agency or trade.
